Margiora is entering its sixth year of operation and, after six successful and steadily growing seasons, we are looking to expand our kitchen team.
Founded five years ago in Chora, Kythnos, Margiora is housed in a fully renovated 1866 mansion and operates as both a restaurant and bar. Its unique location, high-quality service, and distinctive aesthetic have made it a standout destination for gastronomy—and more—on the island.
Our kitchen is rooted in Greek ingredients and flavors. Our goal is to offer guests a holistic experience that goes beyond dinner: a carefully curated wine list, an atmospheric space, and music that all come together seamlessly.
