Payment & Shipping

The payment of the order is made exclusively in the following ways:

Pay upon delivery

Payment in cash to the collaborating company (courier), upon delivery of the order, to the shipping location indicated by the Customer. The Customer is charged with pay-on-delivery costs which amount to €1.9.

Payment by credit or debit card

In a secure way through a special service of the cooperating bank.

Payment by bank deposit

Bank deposit, remittance or in general payment order to the IBAN number GR6701403540354002330000307.

As a reason for the deposit, the Customer should write his order number (which has already been sent to him with the Confirmation of his order). The order is on hold and will be executed once the Company confirms that the amount has been deposited. In case of non-deposit within 2 working days, the order will be cancelled. To facilitate the process, the Customer sends a copy of his bank deposit or deposit details (date of deposit, deposit number, order number, name and contact phone number) to the Company’s email address.

All products are shipped via Speedex courier services.

For orders over 30€, shipping is free of charge.
