With its motto “wrong recipes for the right ingredients- strictly Cycladic, creatively distorted”, Margiora collaborates with chef Aris Roussos and proposes a relaxed, careful yet playful expression of creative Greek cuisine.

Based on local – Cycladic and, when possible, Kythnian – ingredients, we start in the morning where we offer you a super-rich breakfast/brunch menu that will give you the necessary energy boost to explore the island.

In the evening, after the sun and the sea will have worked up your appetite, we take you on a food tour from vegetarian dishes to seafood and meat in a way that no one will be left hungry!
