With its motto “wrong recipes for the right ingredients- strictly Cycladic, creatively distorted”, Margiora collaborates with chef Aris Roussos and proposes a relaxed, careful yet playful expression of creative Greek cuisine.

Based on local – Cycladic and, when possible, Kythnian – ingredients, we offer a variety of traditional Greek flavors with innovative twists.

In the evening, after the sun and the sea will have worked up your appetite, we take you on a food tour from vegetarian dishes to seafood and meat in a way that no one will be left hungry!
